Edna Hoffman, 94, of Buhl, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016 at Woodstone Assisted Living In Twin Falls, Idaho.
Edna was born on May 26, 1922, in Malad City, Idaho, to George Henry Babbitt and Flossie Mecham Babbitt.
Throughout her life, Edna had the opportunity to experience many adventures. She lived in the Buhl area until her husband, Paul Watts, sold the Northland Cold Storage Locker. She was able to travel to many different locations in the 48 States, Canada and Mexico. She loved animals of all kinds, especially cats. She even had a pet racoon at one time.
She loved to fish and hunt. Even though she liked hunting, she perfered to watch the animals and not hurt them. She especially remembered the time she was able to see the beauty of a golden eagle on one of her trips. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Paul Henry Watts and James Henry Hoffman, and daughter, Linda Nelsen.
She is survived by her three grandchildren, Kelly (Kevin) Jorgensen, Vaelene Bryant and James Nelsen and five great-grandchildren.
A private family graveside service will be held at the West End Cemetery in Buhl. Arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Chapel of Buhl, Idaho.
