Frank "Duke" Verhaal Jr.

Duke died on September 21, 2022 of heart failure. He was born in Ogden, Utah on December 17, 1936 to Frank and Gertrude Verhaal.

He retired from Hill Air Force Base, where he traveled throughout the world. He lived a great life and was so kind to everyone he met. Duke was married to Betty Mills for several wonderful years before she passed away.

Duke is survived by children, Carolyn (Greg) Green; Robert (Cheryl) Mills; Sheldon Mills; six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren; brothers, Joel (Zina) Verhaal; Jim (Kathy) Verhaal; and Jeff (Marsha) Verhaal; and sister, Suzanne Verhaal.

Per Duke’s request there will be no formal service.
