Genrikh Dalakyan

Genrikh Dalakyan peacefully passed away at home on March 6, 2021 holding the hand of his wife of 50 plus years Ludmila.
Genrikh was born on March 5, 1935 in Baku, Azerbaijan to the Armenian family, he was one of three sons. After graduating from Baku University, he worked as an oil engineer. In 1969, he moved for work to Latvia and married his wife. He continued to work and raise a family.
In the 1980’s he was introduced to church and became a Christian. In 1989 Genrikh immigrated to United States. His move was sponsored by a wonderful church community in Chehalis, Washington. Genrikh started to work at Fred Meyer Warehouse and continued until his retirement, where he retired to Buhl, Idaho. In his retirement he enjoyed establishing his fruit grove, wine grove and beautiful ponds. Genrikh enjoyed reading and continued his faith study. He was an avid reader to say the least.
He is survived by his wife; two children; four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 12 o’clock noon, Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at West End Cemetery, 1574 East 4150 North, Buhl.
