Helga Adams

Helga Annie Adams, 90, went to be with her Lord on Friday, Dec. 18,2015, where she resided at the Desert View Care Center in Buhl.
Helga was born on April 26, 1928 in Twin Falls, Id. To Arne and Ellen Rommetvedt. She was a graduate of the Twin Falls High School class of 1943. She married Virgil D. Adams on July 26, 1954.
During their 61 years of marriage, the couple raised four children. Helga and Virgil loved to travel and camp. They would visit their children whenever they could. The couple volunteered with Laborers For Christ, building Lutheran Churches in the Northwest. Helga was a homemaker and a faithful member of the Lutheran Church in Buhl. She lived her life for her husband and children. She gave her beautiful crocheted afghans to family and friends.
Helga is survived by her husband, Virgil; children, Carol of Ridgecrest, Ca., David of Nampa, Id., Dennis of Buhl and Connie of Porterville, Ca.; sisters, Betty (Robert) Zagel of Spokane, Wa., Ella McCauley of Twin Falls and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Esther Ulrich.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Helga's name to the Good Shepard.
A memorial service will be held, 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Buhl, with Pastor Mark Latham officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Farmer Funeral Chapel in Buhl.
