Juan was born in Los Mochis, Sinaloa to his parents, Eustaqio and Santos Navarro Galindo. As a young man he found a passion for automobiles and mechanics. In his 20’s he moved to Sonora, Mexico where he would later manage one of the largest transit bus companies from Sonora to Tijuana as the lead Diesel mechanic.
In Sonora he would also meet the love of his life Ofelia Landeros Prado, they married on Valentine’s Day in 1980. Juan was father to Nohemi Navarro and stepfather to 5 other children from Ofelia’s previous marriage. He was grandfather to 10 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ofelia Landeros; and his parents.
He survived by his daughter; stepchildren; brother; sister; and 10 grandchildren.
A viewing will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Farmer Funeral Chapel, 130 9th Ave North, Buhl. A funeral mass will be held 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 17, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Church, 1601 Poplar St. Buhl. Interment will conclude at West End Cemetery, 1574 East 1450 North, Buhl.
