Judy Bolley

Judy Davis Bolley walked through the gates of heaven July 13, 2021.

Judy came into this world via sleigh ride behind a team of mules named Mike and Pat in the January 1949 blizzard in Twin Falls, Idaho. They made it to the hospital minutes before Judy arrived. Judy grew up in Filer and attended grammar, middle, and senior high school. In 1964 Judy met the love of her life, Donnie Bolley and they married on August 20, 1966.

Shortly after being wed, they moved to Beloit, Wisconsin where they raised their family of four and moved back to Idaho in 1979. In 1980 Judy started work at Asgrow Research Center in Filer as a lab technician where she created many lifelong friends. Judy continued her career there until her retirement in 2000. Retirement was a little boring for her busy lifestyle, so they bought the Ground Round in Twin Falls. Again, she made many new friends and rekindled old friendships.

Judy loved family, she loved to cook and could often be found cooking for gatherings and being everyone’s favorite camp chef, curled up with a good word puzzle, playing solitaire or crocheting her favorite afghans. Camping with family and friends was a very favorite pastime.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her younger brother, Rick; and great granddaughter, Trinity.

Judy is survived by her husband, Donnie; kids, Billy (Thursa) Bolley of Idaho Falls; Mike (Lisa) Bolley of Elko, Nevada; Kimberly (Steve) Deuel of Twin Falls; Tracy Bolley of Idaho Falls; her cherished 11 grandkids; and extremely spoiled 14 great grandkids.

Her achievements as a Wife, Mother, Grandma, and Grammy are unprecedented. We love you and will miss you until we meet again.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Cemetery, 2296 Kimberly Rd, Twin Falls, ID 83301.
