Margaret Noh

Margaret G. "Margie" Noh, 71, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at her home in Buhl due to complications from Parkinsons disease. Her son Ernie was by her side.


Margie was born August 22, 1946, to Elvin and Lois Noh. She grew up in Buhl and graduated from Buhl High in 1964. After high school she went on to attend the University of Idaho.


While raising her sons, Margie worked in accounting for the State of Utah until her retirement when she returned to Buhl to care for her mother. Margie was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Buhl.


Margie is survived by her sons, Ernest Von Weller of West Valley City, Utah and his son Payton Von Weller and Jason Von Weller and his family of Utah. She was preceded in death by her parents.


She is also survived by cousins Jim (Martha) Piper, Jerome; Janet Cottle, Twin Falls; Judy (Dee) Lambert, Twin Falls; Sharon (Craig) Carlson, The Villages, Florida; David (Jackie) The Villages, Florida and Kevin (Sandy), Lincoln, Nebraska. Margie is also survived by her beloved dogs, cats and a goat named Randy, which were a very major and important part of her life.


She will be missed by her family, friends and animals.

A funeral service will be held, 11:00 a.m., Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 at the Buhl First Presbyterian Church (516 Main St.). A viewing will be held 5 - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 2 at Farmer Funeral Chapel in Buhl.
