Matthew Blake Simon, born on January 26, 1996. Our beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, friend, and boyfriend. Taken from us at the young age of 19 from an accidental death. Matt was the sunshine to any room and there was never a dull moment when he was around. He enjoyed many activities during his life; Matt loved hunting, which was his main passion, fishing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, golfing, four-wheeling, football, baseball, swimming, bowling, branding calves, concerts with friends, as well as many other activities. Matthew participated in 4-H from the age of 9. He liked to keep busy and he loved spending time with family and friends. Matt attended and graduated from the Filer School District. He worked for Balanced Rock Electric and He had plans to become a Journey man Electrician. Matt enjoyed his job and learning new skills.
Matt had such a big heart, he would give you the shirt off his back if you ask him to or he saw that you needed it more than him. He had a passion for life and inspired everyone around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
"To my baby boy who became a loving, wonderful, and caring man, I love you more than words can express. I wish I could have you here with me, I never wanted to let you go. I miss your hugs, the sound of your voice, and that brilliant smile. You will always be in my heart. May you rest in peace with the Lord my precious Matt. "
I miss you so much, Love Mom.
