Michael Jay Trent, 63, passed away on November 1, 2019. Mike was born to James Trent Jr. and M. Clarice McMurdie on December 18, 1955 in Spanish Fork, Utah.

On March 22, 1981 Mike married Leticia Trent, together they had their daughter, Michelle M. Trent. They moved to San Jose, California and raised six children together: Brandy Trent, Michael Trent, Michelle Trent; stepsons, Israel Galindo and Moises Galindo. Mike and Leticia worked full time jobs to take care of their family. They lived in San Jose, California, Milpitas, California, and Middletown, California throughout the years.

Mike is survived by his daughters, Brandy L. Trent and Michelle M. Trent; son, Michael J. Trent; stepsons, Israel Galindo and Moises Galindo; ex-wife, Leticia Trent; siblings, Jean (Gene) Tyrone, Jim (Karen) Trent, Christine (Vernon) Smith, Linda (Steve) Eacker, Joy (Nyle) Hartley, Randy Corthell and Cindy Finney; five grandchildren, Alexus Stone, Tomas Jacobo, Angelina Trent, Anthony Bigness, Nico; three step grandchildren, Ian Galindo, Aiden Galindo, Emily Galindo; one great step granddaughter, and one great grandson on the way.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Farmer Funeral Chapel, 130 9th Ave North Buhl, Idaho.
