Paulina López Jaynes passed away June 30, 2021 in Coos Bay, Oregon where she has resided for the last three years. She was a former resident of Buhl, Idaho. She was born on June 22, 1933 to Jose Lopez and Josefina Urrea in Platanillo, Durango, Mexico.
After coming to the United States with her 3 youngest children, she joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served two local Stake missions. She also met her husband, Mark Jaynes, and they were sealed for time and all eternity in the Boise Temple. They enjoyed many years together before he passed away.
Paulina had many talents and interests. She enjoyed reading her scriptures and other church literature, crocheting, creative sewing, cooking for others, dancing, and enjoying the local rodeos. She has always been a wonderful example to those who knew her through her kindness, service to others, and her loving disposition.
She will be forever loved, and missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Until we meet again.
She is survived by her six children, Lucinda Trujillo, Margarita Peña López, Reginaldo Peña, Gilberto López, Jose López and Ubelia Mata.
