Raymond Durl Clark passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014 at Evergreen Place Assisted Living in Buhl with family by his side. Raymond was born January 2, 1935 to Burley and Thelma (Riley) Clark in Rayborn, Missouri. Raymond grew up in Missouri but spent the majority of his life in Buhl. He was a mechanic and a truck driver. His passion was music, especially playing guitar. He played lead guitar in several bands in the 60's and 70's, and had a talent for fishing, hunting for ducks and deer, and trapshooting.
Raymond is survived by six children: Raymond Dwight (Linda) Clark of Idaho Falls, Dwayne (Nene) Clark of Washington, LaRae Clark of Filer, Lisa Clark London of Boise, Jenny (Troy) Juker and Mike (Tanya) Clark of Buhl; brother Farris (Ruby) Clark, sister Doris Bright of Buhl, and sister-in-law Rozelle Clark of Twin Falls. Raymond is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and stepchildren.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Burley and Thelma Clark, his brother Glen Clark, his brother-in-law Junior Bright, nephew Bob Dealy and niece Amy Leitch.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Calvary Chapel in Buhl. Idaho. Raymond's ashes will be interred at West End Cemetery, Buhl, during a private ceremony. Arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Chapel of Buhl, Idaho.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
