Teresa Luker

Teresa Luker, 53, of Buhl, Idaho passed away May 1, 2019 from medical complications. She was born April 8, 1966 in Twin Falls, Idaho. Teresa graduated from Glenns Ferry High School and then went to school in Pocatello, Idaho to become a cosmetologist.

Teresa had a personality that was larger than life, a passion for colors, flowers and home. She could do anything she set her mind to. She was determined and strong with a positive outlook that never waived. She raised a family that loved her and each other; she beat cancer; she gave a home and family to many that weren’t hers but became hers through love. When she need time to relax, she loved to spend her time fishing wherever she could find a place to go.

She had faithful friends and coworkers. She loved her job of 13 years because she was able to love and care for others.  She spent many hours and days lost in her flowers and garden. Her yard was her sanctuary and gathering place for those she loved to spend time with.

Her love of family kept her home full of her children and those that needed a mom who loved them. Because of her, those who were without love, help and support were able to move forward with a productive and positive future. Her grandchildren were a treat she cherished. They were best buddies and inseparable.

She is survived by 2 sons, Tyler Crockett, 29, of Spring Creek, Nevada and Jordan Crockett, 27, of Twin Falls; and one daughter, Kaitlyn Crockett, 17, of Buhl. She is also survived by her sister, Carey Thomas, of Rolla, Missouri; 3 grandchildren, Emily Crockett, Conner Crockett and Jayden Crockett; her father, Gordon Luker of Twin Falls; and her mother and step-father, Jennie and Leo Lortz of Eden, Idaho.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Keith Luker; and grandparents, Ray and Genevieve Rutherford of Filer, Idaho and Robert and Alice Donat of Pocatello, Idaho.
