Our beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend unexpectedly left this earth Tuesday May 3, 2022. Vicky was born on August 5, 1965, in Burley, Idaho to Edith and Elmer Dallman. She was 6th in line of 7 children. She attended Buhl schools and graduated from Buhl High School in 1983. In June of 1991 Vicky married LeRoy Luper. In October of 1991 they welcomed their daughter, KayLynn, into the world.
Vicky worked numerous jobs throughout the years. But she is best remembered for working at the Buhl School District, and the Castleford Schools as a custodian at the time of her passing.
Vicky was known for a lot of things, her personality and sense of humor being the biggest, but to our family she was also known as the duct tape queen. In mom’s opinion, if duct tape couldn’t fix it, nothing could.
Vicky loved her family. Her grandchildren were the nucleus of her life. Everyone who knows her knows how important they were to her. She loved all her kids fiercely and they all knew she would have moved mountains for them.
Vicky is survived by her husband, LeRoy; her daughter, KayLynn (Charles) Hamby of Buhl; stepson, Brian (Olga) Luper of Filer; a very special nephew, Justin (Sonya) Pierce; grandchildren, Denali, Colten, Claira, and Carson of Buhl; Kayla Luper of Boise; and Braden Luper of Boise; mother, Edith (Delbert) Harmon of Buhl; sisters, Carla (Gary) Raymond of Edmonds, Washington; Gail Fearheller of Buhl; Terri Dallman of Jerome; Sharie (Russell) Cooper of Buhl; and Tina (Jack) Harnar of Buhl; two brothers, Bruce Dallman of Jerome and Kenneth (Michelle) Dallman of Carson City, Nevada; along with numerous nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather and grandmother, Gene and Maud Avery; and brother-in-law, Paul Fearheller.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at the West End Cemetery, Buhl, Idaho.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Buhl City Park under the Pavilion, 1503 East 4200 North, Buhl.
